In order to ensure a smooth transition to our management services the following items would be required:
- List of current Owner’s addresses, telephone numbers, and respective condo fees
- List of Tenants and telephone numbers
- List of vendors, addresses and telephone numbers
- Delinquency list of condo fees and assessments
- Current contracts including contact person and telephone numbers
- Insurance information
- Warranties in effect
- Parking arrangements
- Current budget, financial statements, bank statements and cancelled checks
- Bank account(s) information: Location(s), account #(s), and balance(s)
- Pending legal action
- Tax information
- Copies of general correspondence
- Keys
- Recorded copy of master deed, declaration of trust, rules and regulations and bylaws
